About Us

It all began under a tree. Because there were no money and resources, the idea of what later would become HOPE started in a tin shed under a tree where late Sr. Noelline gathered women with the intention to impart knowledge and learn from each other. As she asked the women about their interests they said that they would like to learn something by which they could earn their own money and bring up their families in life. The heart piece of HOPE's work was born.
